    Adversace COMMUNICATIONS BLUEPRINT

Our "Communications Blueprint" is a standard service in most
contracts and provides a detailed guide required to build compelling communication pieces and campaigns. This process is also backed by marketing consulting, direction and strategy as well as project management to assure success.

Project design and development is usually fruitless without a proper marketing direction and infrastructure. This is why AdVersace has adapted a marketing first approach, backed by in-house design and development.

'COMMUNICATIONS BLUEPRINT' KEY ELEMENTS:

(After Discovery Meeting)

  1. Client provides short company overview. Refined through collaboration

  2. Discuss/determine core values and current selling/awareness processes

  3. Define and/or develop UVP (unique value proposition)

  4. Define and/or develop a Communications Argument

  5. Discuss, clarify and identify products & services

  6. Discuss and define marketing goals for each contracted media. (This may be done in phases, but will usually start with the web site.)

  7. Clarify target market

  8. Determine top competition and review their online presence

  9. Develop list of core benefits and competitive advantages

  10. Categorize organization information for best use Organize, optimize and define web or print structure when applicable

  11. Define multi-tiered conversion goals for web site

  12. Implement into contracted media to support this process

The above processes easily transcends into the development of both design and copywriting for your communication projects. They serve as a "blueprint" to verify the building of your communications.

Important Note:
All communications need constant re-assessment, improvement, new ideas, and new incentives etc. to reach their full potential. It is very important to often revisit, analyze, and brainstorm new ideas for your original "blueprint"...as well as your content, image, calls to action, programs, etc. This is done through our Marketing Audit and Optimization program.
